  • INFERA App is perfect for anyone looking to enhance their skin health and overall well-being. Whether you’re a beauty enthusiast, wellness seeker, or someone who loves light therapy and self-care, our app has something for you.

    1. Download the app from the App Store or Google Play.

    2. Create an account and personalize your wellness preferences.

    3. Register your Light therapy devices under the warranty section

    4. Explore our products, skincare routines, and wellness content.

    5. Subscribe and save in all of our skincare products.

    6. Create and Manage your daily routines and remainders to maximize your results.

    7. Track your progress by uploading weekly photos of your skin.

    8. Share and Earn share your personal code and earn point for each friend who make a purchase

  • The INFERA App is currently available in the United States only.

  • You can refer friends and family to subscribe and earn $50 in credit for your next purchase or subscription.

    1. Click on the “Give $50, Get $50” banner on the app’s home screen.

    2. Press on "Share Now" button at bottom of the screen

    3. Send a text message with your unique code to your friends or family.

    4. When they join and make their first purchase, they’ll get $50 in credit, and you’ll get $50 in credit for future orders.

    5. 💡 There’s no limit to how many credits you can earn!

Account & Subscription Management

    1. Log into your account on the INFERA App.

    2. Click on the “Menu” button in the top left corner.

    3. Under "My Information" Update your name, email, and shipping information.

    4. Click "Save" to apply the changes.

    💡 You can update your contact information anytime, but only one email and phone number can be associated with your account.

    3. Update your shipping address under "Account Information."

    4. Click "Save" to confirm.

    3. Go to “Settings” and locate the “Payment Method” tab.

    4. Add or change your credit card details.

  • Yes! To adjust your next order date:

    1. Log into your INFERA account.

    2. Click the settings menu (top left corner).

    3. Locate the “My Subscriptions” section.

    4. Select the active subscription you’d like to modify.

    5. Click “Manage”, then choose

    6. Change you subscription frequency and press "Save"

  • If you canceled your subscription but want to reactivate it:

    1. Log into your INFERA account.

    2. Click the settings menu (top left corner).

    3. Go to “My Subscriptions”.

    4. Tap “Reactivate” next to the product you want to restart.

  • To check your next billing date:

    1. Log into your INFERA account.

    2. Click the settings menu (top left corner).

    3. Go to “My Subscriptions”.

    4. Scroll down to find your “Next Order Date”, which shows when your next charge will occur.

  • We understand that circumstances change. You can:

    • Cancel your subscription anytime before the next billing cycle.

    • Modify your next order date if you need more time.

    • 📌 Please submit cancellation requests at least 48 hours before your next order is processed.

  • If you wish to permanently delete your INFERA account and associated data, please contact our customer support team via phone (866)698 2181 or email at info@infera-us.com. Once your request is processed, all your personal data, order history, and rewards will be permanently removed. Please note that this action is irreversible.

Subscription & Pricing

  • You can download INFERA App for free and access a selection of wellness tools. Subscribe to our products replenish program to save and never run out of your favorite skincare essentials.

  • We offer the following plans:

    • Every 30 days – get 60 uses shipped every 30 days.

    • Every 60 days– get 60 uses shipped every 60 days.

    • Every 90 days –get 60 uses shipped every 90 days.

    • One time payment– (One-time payment)

    1. Open the INFERA App.

    2. Navigate to the Shop section.

    3. Choose a product and select your desired subscription, complete the payment via the App Store or Google Play.

  • Yes! You can cancel your subscription anytime through the app. Just follow these steps:

    1. Open the collapsible menu on the left side of your screen.

    2. Scroll down to Settings and select My Subscriptions.

    3. You'll see a list of your active product subscriptions—click Manage next to the one you want to cancel.

    4. From there, you can cancel your subscription with ease.

    If you’d prefer not to cancel, you also have the option to delay or snooze your next shipment:

    1. Go to your home page Products Dashboard.

    2. Click Manage, then select Snooze to delay your next delivery in 30 days.

Purchasing & Orders

    1. Go to the “Shop” section at the bottom of the screen.

    2. Select the product you want to buy.

    3. Browse through bundles and packages for the best value.

    4. Scroll down to explore our skincare, devices, accessories, and accidental warranty sections.

    5. Click on a product to:

      • Learn about its benefits.

      • See how it works.

      • View ingredients/technology.

      • Check how to use instructions.

    1. Click “Buy Now” to add the item to your cart.

  • Yes! For skincare products, you can choose:

    • One-time purchase.

    • Subscription model (guarantees you never run out and offers the best price).

    1. Select one-time purchase or a subscription model.

    2. Adjust the quantity and click “Add to Cart”.

    3. Click “Checkout” to proceed with payment and shipping details.

    4. Or click “Continue Shopping” to add more products.

    5. Fill in your shipping address.

    6. Redeem coupons or referral credits.

    7. Review the final price, including shipping & taxes.

    8. Click “Buy Now” to enter your payment details.

    9. Click “Pay” to complete your transaction.

  • Yes! INFERA offers digital gift cards, which can be purchased through our online store. We also provide occasional discount codes through promotions, events, and our referral program. Be sure to subscribe to our newsletter and check the app for special offers.

  • We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Additionally, you can use PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for secure transactions.

Routine & Customization

  • The Routine tab allows you to:

    • Access your products.

    • Set daily notifications for using your skincare and light therapy devices.

    1. Click on the “Routine” tab at the bottom of the screen.

    2. Select “Edit” to change the settings for your current products.

    3. Adjust the day and time of your notifications.

    4. Click “Save” when finished.

    3. Choose between “Skincare” and “Devices” tabs.

    4. Select the product you wish to add and click:

      • “Yes” if you already own it.

      • “Shop Now” if you need to purchase it.

    2. Click “Save” after editing.

  • Yes! Our app helps you track your skincare and wellness progress over time by allowing you to upload photos and monitor changes. Follow these steps to track your progress:

    1. Tap the Routine tab at the bottom of the screen.

    2. At the top of the page, press the Progress button.

    3. Use your camera to take a new photo or upload an image from your library.

    4. For the best results, capture a photo every two weeks—keeping the same angle and lighting for consistency.

    Stay on top of your journey and see your progress unfold!

Troubleshooting & Support

    1. Open the INFERA App login screen.

    2. Tap the "I have an account" button.

    3. Tap “Forgot Password?”

    4. Verify your phone number associated with your account and follow the instructions.

  • Try these quick fixes:

    1. Restart the App – Close and reopen it.

    2. Check Internet Connection – Ensure you have a stable Wi-Fi or mobile data connection.

    3. Restart Your Device – Refresh your phone or tablet.

    4. Update the App – Install the latest version from the App Store or Google Play.

    5. Update Your Device Software – Ensure your phone’s operating system is up to date.

  • If you notice a bug on the app and would like to report it please follow this steps:

    1.  Press on the setting menu in top left corner of the screen.

    2. Scroll down to "Help Center" and press on "report a bug"

    3. Write a detailed description of the bug and press "Submit"

  • If you can’t log in, try the following:

    1. Check your login details – Ensure your email and password are correct.

    2. Reset your password:

      • Click "Forgot Your Password?" on the login screen.

    1. Password Requirements:

      • Must be 8-10 characters long.

      • Must be different from previous passwords.

    1. Ensure a stable internet connection.

    2. Turn off VPNs, as they may interfere with logins.

    💡 Password reset emails expire after a certain time—request a new one if needed.

Additional Questions

  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our 14-day refund policy below:

    Devices

    • Devices can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

    • We cannot accept returns for devices that have accidental damage, including drops, cracks, or water exposure.

    Skincare Products

    • Unopened skincare products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

    • To qualify for a refund, products must be in their original, sealed packaging and unused.

    Purchases from Retailers

    This refund policy applies only to purchases made directly through our app. If you purchased a product from a third-party retailer, please contact them directly to inquire about their return and refund policy.
