How do I return or exchange my device?

Devices eligible for a refund or exchange must be returned through the original point of sale or an authorized retailer. If you purchased your device at a conference, expo, or trade show, please contact the retailer directly for assistance with returns or exchanges. If my device isn’t working how do I get a replacement?

INFĒRA is proud to offer a warranty on all of our devices. Your device is only eligible for a warranty if it was purchased from an authorized retailer. Learn more about our warranty program or file a warranty claim here.

Can I return my device if I purchased it online?

  • Only INFĒRA products that were directly purchased from our online store can be returned to us.

  • INFĒRA products must be returned within 7 business days from the date they were received.
