Q: Where do i find the most up-to-date information?

Our systems will reflect the same location and processing times as your carriers– we pull the delivery information from your tracking number. Once an order has shipped from our warehouses, the carrier will have the most up-to-date information on where your order is. 

The carrier information can be found under "Tracking number" in the "Orders" tab. Clicking on the tracking number will take you to our systems tracking history and display the carrier (UPS, FedEx).
