We do not accept returns, as we cannot and will not reuse anything that is returned to us due to the nature of all our products. If you are unhappy with the product or did not receive what you expected, please contact us.

INFERA devices: 

We accept returns for all of our INFERA devices purchased through the app within 30 days of the purchasing date. 

If you purchased your INFERA device through a third party authorized seller, please contact the third party to learn about their return policy. For a list of authorized retailers, please contact customer Care.
