How Our Limited Lifetime Warranty Works

INFERA offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all light therapy devices. This warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and covers manufacturing defects and device malfunctions under normal use. Cosmetic damage or damage caused by misuse, improper care, or unauthorized repairs is not covered.

  • Warranty is non-transferable

  • Proof of purchase is required for all claims.

  • Warranty does not cover accessories or skincare products.

  • Customers outside the U.S. may be responsible for shipping costs.

Warranty FAQs

What does the warranty cover?

INFĒRA is proud to offer a Lifetime manufacturer’s warranty on all of our devices. The warranty covers any manufacturing or workmanship defects, such as non working lights and battery failure.

The Lifetime warranty is non transferable and is exclusive only to the registered customer.

What does the warranty not cover?

The warranty does not cover mistreatment or misuse of the product and will not cover instances, such as the logo rubbing off due to normal wear and tear. We reserve the right to refuse warranty replacement if such is the case.

Is the warranty replacement free? Do I have to pay anything?

Per the INFĒRA Warranty, your replacement product is absolutely free. We provide a return label via email for you to mail the damaged device back to us. Your only out of pocket expense includes a processing, shipping & handling fee of $89.99 (For shipments within the U.S. only) for the brand new INFĒRA device to be mailed back to you.

For international shipments ONLY:

Shipping a replacement internationally costs $149.99, however shipping fees may vary depending on location. Potential customs/brokerage fees may be applied by your shipping carrier at their own discretion.

Can I extend my warranty coverage?

You can extend your coverage by purchasing our INFĒRA CARE package which will cover your device against accidental damage such as water damage.
