At INFĒRA, we want you to be confident in your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

We offer a 7-business-day return policy for products purchased directly from the INFĒRA online store. This means you have 7 business days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your device must be returned with all original components, accessories, manuals, and packaging. Devices may be returned even if they have been used during the return period, provided they are not damaged beyond normal use.

Please note that returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Purchases from Authorized Retailers, Conferences, and Trade Shows

Products purchased through authorized retailers, distributors, conferences, expos, trade shows, or other third-party sellers must be returned through the original point of purchase and are subject to that seller's return policy.

INFĒRA cannot process refunds or exchanges for products purchased through third-party retailers.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective

  • The item arrives damaged

  • You receive the wrong product

If your return is approved due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, INFĒRA will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions for returning the product.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened skincare and personal care products

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance, final sale, or promotional sale items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow product instructions

Unopened skincare products may be returned within the applicable return period if they meet all other eligibility requirements.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement product is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return has been approved.

Warranty Claims

INFĒRA proudly stands behind the quality of our products and offers warranty coverage on eligible devices purchased through INFĒRA or authorized retailers.

If your device is not functioning properly after the return period has expired, please submit a warranty claim through our customer service team. Warranty coverage is separate from our return and refund policy and may require proof of purchase.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, the item must be returned with all original components, accessories, documentation, and packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
