Purchase Options & Subscription Cancellation Policy
At INFĒRA, we offer both one-time purchases and our Auto-Replenish subscription program to help customers maintain their wellness routine with convenience and flexibility.
One-Time Purchases
Customers may purchase eligible products as a one-time purchase without any recurring commitment.
One-time purchases are subject to our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
Auto-Replenish Subscription Program
The INFĒRA Auto-Replenish Program allows customers to receive recurring deliveries of eligible products at their selected frequency.
Available subscription options may include:

Every 60 days

Every 90 days
Subscription benefits may include discounted pricing, free U.S. shipping, and other promotional offers. Available benefits and discounts may change from time to time and will be displayed at checkout and within the INFĒRA mobile app at the time of purchase.
Account Requirements
Participation in the Auto-Replenish Program requires an active INFĒRA account and access to the INFĒRA mobile app.
Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, shipping information, and payment details associated with their subscription.
Subscription Billing & Renewals
By enrolling in Auto-Replenish, you authorize INFĒRA to securely store your payment method and automatically charge the applicable subscription amount according to your selected delivery schedule.
Subscription orders automatically renew and continue until canceled by the customer.
Charges are processed automatically prior to each scheduled shipment.
Managing Your Subscription
Customers can manage their subscriptions directly through their personalized subscription portal within the INFĒRA mobile app.
Available subscription management options include:

Change delivery frequency

Skip an upcoming shipment

Pause a subscription

Reschedule a shipment

Update payment information

Update shipping information

Cancel a subscription
Changes may not apply to orders that have already entered processing.
Subscription Cancellations
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through the INFĒRA mobile app.
To avoid being charged for the next scheduled subscription order, cancellations must be completed at least 48 hours before the next billing date.
If a cancellation request is submitted less than 48 hours before the next scheduled billing date, the upcoming order may still be processed and charged.
Orders Already Processed
Once a subscription renewal order has been processed, charged, or entered fulfillment, it cannot be canceled.
Eligible products may still be returned in accordance with the INFĒRA Return & Refund Policy.
Failed Payments
If a subscription renewal payment cannot be successfully processed, INFĒRA may automatically attempt to reprocess the payment method before pausing or canceling the subscription.
Customers are responsible for maintaining valid and up-to-date payment information.
INFĒRA reserves the right to suspend subscription benefits or future shipments if payment cannot be successfully collected.
Account Deletion
Customers must cancel all active subscriptions before deleting their INFĒRA account.
Deleting an account does not automatically cancel active subscription obligations that have already been scheduled, billed, or processed.
If you wish to delete your account, please ensure all active subscriptions have been canceled first.
Changes to the Auto-Replenish Program
INFĒRA reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the Auto-Replenish Program, subscription benefits, pricing, or program terms at any time.
Any material changes will be communicated through the INFĒRA mobile app, email, or our website as appropriate.
