Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with INFÄ’RA. The following Shipping Policy outlines our processing times, shipping methods, delivery expectations, and important information regarding domestic and international shipments.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day of being placed.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Expedited orders placed before 10:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) on a business day are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff time, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Processing times are separate from shipping transit times and may vary during periods of high order volume.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, shipping method selected, and carrier rates.

Customers will see all available shipping options and associated costs before completing their purchase.

Auto-Replenish Program

Customers enrolled in the INFÄ’RA Auto-Replenish Program receive free standard shipping within the United Stateson eligible subscription orders.

Estimated Delivery Times

After an order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically occurs within 3-14 business days, depending on the selected shipping method and destination.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated by the carrier's service level.

Shipping Carriers

INFÄ’RA partners with multiple shipping carriers, including but not limited to:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • DHL

The carrier used for your shipment will depend on the destination, shipping method selected, package size, and service availability.

International Shipping

INFÄ’RA ships to most countries worldwide. However, certain destinations may be unavailable due to carrier limitations, customs requirements, local regulations, sanctions, or other restrictions.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Orders shipped to U.S. territories, including but not limited to Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, may be subject to different shipping rates and delivery times.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

The recipient is the importer of record and is solely responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, fees, and compliance with local laws and regulations.

INFÄ’RA does not collect international duties or taxes and cannot predict the amount of these charges. Customs policies vary significantly by country. Customers are encouraged to contact their local customs office for additional information before placing an order.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Shipment details

  • Tracking number

  • Carrier information

  • A link to track your package

Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after being placed.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after the shipment confirmation email is sent.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@infera-us.com.

If an order has not yet shipped, we will make reasonable efforts to update the address.

If an order has already shipped, additional shipping fees, return-to-sender charges, reshipment fees, or other costs may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped, delivery responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us at info@infera-us.com.

INFÄ’RA will assist customers in filing claims with the shipping carrier when appropriate. However, replacement shipments and refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to carrier investigation results and individual circumstances.

Shipping Delays

INFÄ’RA is not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Weather events

  • Natural disasters

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs inspections

  • Labor strikes

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Government actions

  • High-volume shipping periods

Delivery dates provided by carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Business Days & Holidays

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding the following U.S. holidays:

  • New Year's Day

  • Memorial Day

  • Independence Day (July 4)

  • Labor Day

  • Thanksgiving Day

  • Christmas Day

Additional holidays or temporary warehouse closures may affect processing and shipping times.
